Inspiring Change

through Art.

Art for Change.

Use your creativity to provoke thought and inspire change.

Whether you’re a seasoned professional or a passionate amateur, your artwork has the power to evoke change and inspire contemplation.

Create a piece that contributes to the national dialogue on the important issue of air quality.

All art pieces will be exhibited across the Westway estate; 23 acres of community land underneath the Westway flyover in North Kensington (London). We want to showcase art which tells a story of the space our community occupies. Where a vibrant, living, breathing community co-exists in the shadow of the imposing structure of the Westway flyover.

Art which reflects the resilience of this indomitable community, and countless others across the UK.

Art plays such a crucial role in our modern society by allowing us to express emotions, stimulate critical thinking, and cultural reflection. It serves as a powerful tool for communication, storytelling and reflection in shaping our culture and helping us make sense of the world around us. It has the ability to provoke thought and inspire change, making it an essential part of our everyday lives. “Every Breath We Take” creates an important opportunity for such dialogue to be created at Westway.
